About

In 1982 I drove from Newport Beach/Irvine, CA with my CSU bound daughter to find out why so many in my family had chosen to live in Estes Park, and I fell in love. A year later I was living here, getting to know the Town, working in residential development, with a natural progression to real estate sales in 1987. Coming from Southern California, I am protective of Estes Park and its setting, and was co-chair for the Estes Valley Land Trust community fundraising for the Meadowdale Land Trust acquisition along Hwy 36 into Estes Park. I support the Estes Park Museum with annual historic tour sponsorship.
Ive been a victim advocate, Board member and Trustee with Estes Valley Victim Advocates, done land acquisition for Habitat for Humanity as a long term Board member, and am on the Board of the Estes Valley Community Foundation of Northern Colorado, all to the benefit of our non-profit services in our community. In 2007 I was recognized by the Town of Estes Park as the Business Person of the Year, and in 2008 as Realtor of the Year.
I want you as a buyer to know what an incredible Town this is, with its strong community response to issues and needs, keeping them aware of the new venues and changes coming online to the benefit of our economy and their interests. The community is highly educated, healthy, active and involved in life. The Town of Estes Park has consistently governed to preserve the essence of this very special place, and in the process have safeguarded property values, and the spiritual, physical, and intellectual values that drew me here.
You have my commitment to keep your needs and interest a priority, to communicate with you regularly, and to do all in my power to keep you informed of anything that could impact your full enjoyment and comfort, both physical and financial, in your new home. Please consider me your resource when you have questions, pre and post closing, whether property related or not. Thank you for your consideration.
